How are experts used in workplace Injury case?

Anyone that comes to a lawyer or any time someone comes to see us. One of the things I try to do is explain to the client that there’s two parts of your lawsuit. The liability part of your lawsuit and you have the damages part of your lawsuit. On your liability part of your lawsuit we will retain experts that will address those issues. If you’re going to hire a lawyer that’s gonna take care one of those cases. Do they have the experience to understand the necessity for all these experts? The other thing is, do they have the resources to retain and have those folks do the work that needs to be done in a case? And we’ve we’ve done that at Bailey Javins & Carter.
